Counseling
On the counseling side of my practice, I specialize in couple, family, and individual therapy. Strengthening our personal relationships is some of the greatest (and hardest!) work we do. Here we have opportunities to grow closer to those most important to us while growing stronger as individuals.
Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
As an executive leader and board certified coach, I work with individuals and organizations to enhance their professional development and organizational dynamics. We spend too much time at work to not feel happy and productive there!
